We've built a reputation on quality and reliability, and now we need an experienced Leading Hand to help drive that standard across every site. If you've got 5+ years in stick framing, love managing a team, and you're ready to take real ownership of a crew and its output, this is your move. You'll need strong, hands-on experience with WA stick roofing standards and procedures to hit the ground running in this role.

Key responsibilities

• Working on the tools alongside your crew while running day-to-day site operations
• Reading drawings and translating them into flawless execution
• Overseeing cladding installation and flooring systems
• Being the go-to problem solver when things get tricky on site
• Liaising directly with builders and supervisors — your word carries weight
• Setting the standard for safety, presentation and workmanship

About you

• 5+ years' documented experience in stick framing — non-negotiable
• Full Australian working rights or permanent residency
• A calm head under pressure and a sharp eye for detail
• The ability to lead a crew from the front, not just manage a checklist
• Pride in your work and no tolerance for cutting corners
• Strong working knowledge of WA stick roofing standards and procedures — essential
