Experienced Gardener (Team Leader, Horticulturist) full-time

WHO WE ARE

We're an established and respected mid- to high-end landscape-gardening business, with a friendly and hard-working team that services a large client base of appreciative customers.

We maintain and renovate a wide range of gardens to a high standard in the Sydney metro area, particularly the Eastern Suburbs and Lower North Shore.

We work Mon-Fri, usually from 7.30 to 3.00, we try not to do more hours so that everyone gets a rest and has a life outside work!

WHO WE NEED
As we head towards Spring, we need a new Team Leader to join us.

The successful candidate would be someone with garden maintenance experience and an outgoing, positive attitude. Exceptional communication skills, reliability and a strong work ethic are also essential.

MUST-HAVES

To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:

- excellent communication skills, able to work hard and have a laugh at the same time. Non-negotiable!

- demonstrate experience with a hedger, whipper snipper and mower

- have previous work experience in garden maintenance OR have recently completed a horticulture or similar course.

- demonstrate some plant knowledge (you don't have to have a Hort qualification but a genuine interest in gardens is essential)

- be available for a 7.30 start, usually in the Eastern Subs or Lower North Shore

- able to drive a manual vehicle.
