Gardener- Team Leader

Pay- $35-$40/hr + Super (depending on experience)

We are looking for someone with garden maintenance/horticultural experience to join our growing team.

• I expect that every day you will arrive on time (5 mins early) and presentable for work
• Give maximum effort to deliver quality work and interactions with your team and our clients.
• Show respect at all times
• Ask lots of questions and learn quickly. I’d rather you ask 100 questions and get it right than ask non and get it wrong.
• Make life easier for your team NOT harder.

• You will require steel cap boots, khaki work shorts/pants. We will provide shirts and a hat.
• We work through the rain so you will need to provide your own raincoat.
