Administration Assistant (Music)

Permanent (0.6 FTE) Part Time, Term Time Position

Work Hours: 8am start Monday to Friday

Based primarily at our White Rock campus, with some travel required to our Kewarra Beach campus.

As our Administration Assistant (Music), you will play an integral role in supporting the delivery of Trinity Anglican School's dynamic music program. Working closely with the Head of Music, you will help coordinate instrumental tuition, ensembles, performances, communications and events that enrich student learning and engagement.

About The Role

In this role, the successful applicant will:

Provide administrative support to the Head of Music, ensuring music activities, instrumental programs and events are delivered professionally and efficientlyCoordinate dynamic music timetables, lessons, events and communications, supporting students, families, music tutors and staffManage student and activity information through school systems, maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirementsPrepare and distribute promotional materials, event information and parent communications for music programs and performancesWork collaboratively with staff across the School, contributing to the smooth operation of the Music Department and the wider TAS community

You Will Also Bring

Experience in an administration role, preferably within a school environmentStrong organisational, time management and problem-solving skillsWell-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook and ExcelExperience working with databases and school management systems (or the ability to learn quickly)Blue Card suitability (required prior to commencement)
