We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading global organization in Sydney, Australia.
📍 Location: Sydney, Australia | Hybrid💼 Experience: 10–15 Years💰 Salary: Up to 130K to 135K AUD🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time Perm role.

Industry preference:Experience supporting blue-collar / operational workforces in industries such as:✈️ Airports / Aviation🚚 Logistics & Supply Chain🏭 Manufacturing🤖 Industrial Automation⚙️ Engineering📦 Warehousing🚆 Transportation🏗️ Infrastructure
Important: Strong Australian Industrial Relations, EBA, Employee Relations and compliance experience is mandatory for this position.
