Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into HR initiativesSupport workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational designDrive performance management processes and employee development plansProvide guidance on employee relations, labor law, and conflict resolutionImplement HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulationsSupport compensation & benefits planning and benchmarkingLead or support change management initiatives during organizational growth or transformationAnalyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-makingPromote company culture, employee engagement, and retention strategies
QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field3–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or similar roleStrong understanding of HR practices and local labor lawsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsBusiness acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environmentExperience in manufacturing, renewable energy, or tech industry is a plus
Language Skills:Professional English is mandatoryChinese skills are beneficial
