Contract Administrator

Duties

• Manage subcontractor procurement, scopes, letting and contract administration
• Prepare and manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and contractual documentation
• Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts and overall commercial performance
• Review and administer subcontractor claims, variations and payments
• Work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, consultants and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate project reporting and ensure contractual obligations are met

Skills & Experience

• Contracts Administrator experience with a reputable commercial head contractor
• Strong fitout, refurbishment and/or commercial construction experience
• Experience working on commercial projects valued at $15M+
• Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, variations and cost management
• Experience with Procore, Jobpac, Cheopss or similar construction software
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related qualification preferred
• Strong communication, commercial and stakeholder management skills
