The opportunity

Are you an experienced Receptionist or Administrator seeking a prestigious, client-facing role? Join our team, where your professionalism, polished presence, and exceptional communication skills will be at the forefront of our client experience.

As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will represent Euroz Hartleys’ values and brand with confidence, while also providing comprehensive administrative support across the business.

As our Receptionist your duties will include:

• Warmly greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
• Organise refreshments for clients as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
• Ensure the boardroom, meeting rooms, and reception space remain tidy and presentable.
• Schedule, coordinate, and book meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up with required equipment and refreshments.
• Efficiently manage and direct incoming calls, ensuring accurate message-taking and prompt delivery.
• Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and archiving.
• Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
• Provide administrative support to departments across the business as required.
• Undertake regular stocktakes of office provisions.
• Assist in planning and organising company events, functions, and meetings
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of expense reports.
• Assist with basic marketing support tasks.
• Manage intranet updates as required.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be able to display the following: 

• Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar front-office role, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Canva.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
