Payroll Officer

Ensures accuracy and completeness of all payroll inputs by verifying attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions. Consolidates and reviews payroll data to ensure proper computation before final approval and processing. Coordinates and executes approved salary adjustments, promotions, and incentive payouts. Ensures that all compensation changes are properly documented, approved, and reflected in payroll and HR systems. Prepares, updates, and secures compensation-related records and databases for easy reference and audit compliance. Generates regular and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making and statutory reporting. Supports internal and external audit requirements by providing accurate payroll data, reports, and supporting documents. Contributes to documenting standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and compliant payroll practices.
