We're looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader to join our Production Team on a morning shift.

About the Role

Reporting to our Production Manager, this hands-on role will be responsible for supporting and leading a production team to deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and on time.

You'll receive training and support to develop your understanding of food manufacturing processes, food safety requirements, and production leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading, motivating, and supporting a production team on the factory floor
• Ensuring products are produced safely and meet quality standards
• Monitoring team performance and providing coaching and feedback
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and collaborative team culture
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• Working closely with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams

What We're Looking For

• The ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A hands-on approach and willingness to learn
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Food manufacturing experience, GMP, HACCP, or food safety knowledge is beneficial, but not essential.
