The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced All Round Civil Construction Operator to join our growing team. This hands-on role will see you working across a variety of civil construction projects, contributing to the successful delivery of works to the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating plant and machinery safely and efficiently across civil construction projects

• Performing final trim works to specification and project requirements

• Working on carparks, building pads, paving preparation, roads, earthworks, subdivisions, and stormwater infrastructure

• Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance of plant and equipment

• Reading and interpreting plans, levels, and site requirements

• Working closely with supervisors and team members to achieve project deadlines

• Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and quality standards

About You

• Experienced and skilled plant operator with a background in civil construction

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proven final trim experience with strong attention to detail

• Competent operating:

  • Bobcat

  • Excavator

  • Front End Loader

  • Grader

• HR Licence highly regarded

• Experience working on carparks, building pads, paving preparation, roads, earthworks, subdivisions, and stormwater projects

• Ability to work effectively within a small team environment

• Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing quality outcomes
