As an Administration Officer, you'll be at the heart of our hospital, providing outstanding support to patients, visitors and clinical teams while helping keep one of the region's busiest healthcare facilities running smoothly.
About The Role
No two days are the same. As part of our professional administration team, you'll provide frontline support across a fast-paced healthcare environment, including:
Reception and customer serviceManaging phone and email enquiriesPatient administration and electronic medical recordsData entry and accurate documentationAppointment scheduling and general administrationSupporting clinicians and managers with day-to-day administrative tasksWorking across multiple systems while managing changing priorities
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Organised and detail-focusedFriendly, professional and customer-focusedCalm under pressure in a busy environmentA strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skillsReliable, adaptable and eager to learnAble to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Healthcare administration experience is welcomed but not essential. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
