Assistant Body Corporate Manager – Bayside QLD

About the role

As an Assistant Body Corporate Manager, you will play a key support role in helping our experienced Managers strive to make every community as well managed, well maintained and well protected as it can be, providing peace of mind and assurance to residents and owners alike. You will help ensure that the shared spaces like foyers, car parks, lifts, and gardens run smoothly and safely, while assisting with the coordination of Annual General Meetings and maintenance needs of the properties, whilst building positive relationships with owners and committees.  

Whether you are new to the industry or bring previous experience, you will be supported from day one with comprehensive training and the backing of a professional, supportive team who care about your success, because we know our communities are only as strong as the people supporting them.  

In this role, you will help with:

• Maintenance coordination – supporting urgent and scheduled upkeep for shared areas.

• Meeting preparation – helping plan and document Annual General Meetings (AGMs)

• Client and admin support – managing enquiries, correspondence, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.

What you will bring

You don’t need experience in Body Corporate Management or property to succeed here, just the right mindset. If you are naturally organised, proactive, and people-savvy, we will give you the tools to build a rewarding career.
