What You’ll Do

Connect With Customers: Understand customer needs and recommend the right heavy vehicle solutions.Build Relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and businesses.Drive Sales: Manage enquiries, generate new opportunities and convert leads into sales.Grow Your Market: Identify new business opportunities and build your customer base.Showcase Our Range: Present and promote our Iveco and Sitrak vehicles with confidence.Manage Your Pipeline: Maintain consistent follow-ups and keep opportunities moving.Hit Your Targets: Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs.Build Your Brand: Create accurate, engaging vehicle listings across digital platforms.

For Our Sales Trainees

No heavy vehicle sales experience? No problem.

If you’ve got the right attitude, confidence and drive, we’ll give you the training, mentoring and support to build the skills you need to succeed.

You’ll learn from experienced industry professionals while gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of heavy vehicle sales — with a clear pathway to becoming a successful Heavy Vehicle Sales Consultant.

What You’ll Bring

For Experienced Sales Consultants

Proven sales success, ideally within automotive, transport or heavy vehicle salesStrong customer relationship and lead management skillsProven ability to achieve and exceed sales targetsExcellent negotiation and communication skillsA proactive, results-driven approach

For Sales Trainees:

A genuine interest in sales, automotive or heavy vehiclesExcellent communication and people skillsA positive, energetic and can-do attitudeStrong work ethic and willingness to learnAmbition and a desire to build a long-term careerPrevious sales or customer service experience is advantageous, but not essential

For both roles:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSolutions-focused mindsetProfessional presentationHR/HC licence is desirable
