We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused Territory Account Manager to manage and grow an established territory across Melbourne's North and North West.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, developing customer accounts, and identifying new opportunities within their existing customer base. You'll inherit active customers while also having the opportunity to win new business and expand your territory.

Job Description

As the face of Truckline in your region, you'll work closely with transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers, helping them access the right solutions while building long-term partnerships.

This position offers a balance of account management and new business development, making it ideal for someone who wants the challenge of sales growth without needing to build a territory completely from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management & Customer Growth

• Manage and develop an established customer portfolio
• Build strong relationships through regular customer visits
• Identify opportunities to increase customer spend and product penetration
• Deliver exceptional service and support

Territory Development

• Prospect for new business opportunities within your region
• Convert leads and referrals into active customers
• Execute territory plans to achieve sales objectives
• Maintain an active sales pipeline

Collaboration

• Work closely with branch and customer service teams
• Share customer feedback and market insights
• Support promotional activities and product campaigns

Reporting & Administration

• Maintain accurate customer records and activity plans
• Monitor sales performance and territory opportunities
• Provide regular updates on customer activity and growth initiatives
