About the Role

Applications are invited for the position of Specialist in Cardiology (Fractional) at Alfred Care Group to work 1.50 hours per week (3 hours fortnightly). 

Qualifications and Skills Required

Our preferred candidate must possess the following experience and attributes:

• Appointees must be legally qualified medical practitioners, registered or registrable with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) without conditions, undertakings or reprimands that could impact on their clinical practice
• Fellow of the relevant college
• Demonstrable relevant knowledge and experience in Cardiology including current accreditation and registration with RANZCR/CSANZ Conjoint Committee for Certification in Cardiac MRI, and also current registration with the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in CT Coronary Angiography (CTCA).
• Outstanding communication skills, including well-developed conflict resolution skills
• Ability to liaise well with other staff at all levels
• Demonstrated flexibility in problem solving and the capability to develop and sustain highly collaborative relationships with others/ other teams.
