We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team by delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our sales function by managing quotations, maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, analysing customer trends, and providing administrative support across the department.

About the Opportunity:

The successful candidate will perform the below duties, including but not limited to:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete and entered into company systems

• Maintain accurate records and ensure sales administration processes are completed efficiently

• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare timely, accurate and professional quotations

• Liaise with internal teams to gather information required for customer quotations and tender submissions

• Enter and maintain sales and customer data with a high level of accuracy

• Prepare regular sales reports and analyse customer trading data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement

• Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the Sales Manager and the wider sales team as required

About You:

• Previous experience in a sales administration, customer service or administrative support role

• Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry is desirable

• Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Strong communication and relationship building skills

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills with confidence analysing and presenting data

• Experience using ERP or CRM systems is preferred

• A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
