As Administration Support, Children's Services, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services through accurate billing, administration, reporting, and stakeholder support. Your work will directly contribute to the delivery of quality supports for children, young people, and families while helping Aruma achieve its purpose and strategic goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintaining accurate customer records and data integrity.
• Supporting purchasing, asset tracking and administration activities.
• Producing reports, newsletters and meeting documentation.
• Providing executive administration support to senior leaders
• Coordinating meetings, schedules and travel arrangements.
• Building positive relationships with internal teams and external funding bodies.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery. 
• Ensuring compliance with privacy, safeguarding and child safety requirements.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys bringing order to complexity and delivering exceptional service. You bring:

• Experience in administration and billing, ideally within disability, community, health or human services.
• Strong capability to develop and maintain excel workbooks
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
• Confidence using technology, databases and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• A commitment to confidentiality, continuous improvement, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Experience working within the disability sector highly regarded.
• Understanding of Child Safety funding and reporting requirements highly regarded.
