Cooee is our iconic Swan River venue, offering a casual fine dining experience that brings together exceptional food, warm hospitality and breathtaking views. We're seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead the venue's performance, team and guest experience.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Venue Manager be responsible for the overall success of Cooee, leading the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef to deliver exceptional service, strong financial performance and a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of venue operations across front and back of house.

• Drive revenue, profitability, labour management and cost control.

• Lead, coach and develop venue leaders and team members.

• Champion exceptional guest experiences and service standards.

• Oversee events and private dining opportunities to maximise revenue.

• Ensure compliance with WHS, food safety, liquor licensing and company policies.

• Manage venue presentation, maintenance and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading a hospitality venue, restaurant or premium dining operation.

• Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and labour management.

• Demonstrated people leadership and team development skills.

• Sound knowledge of food safety, WHS and liquor licensing requirements.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• WA Approved Manager Licence, or the ability to obtain one.
