🌿 LANDSCAPE GARDENER – FULL-TIME (38 HRS/WK)

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Landscape Gardener with strong practical abilities and solid administration skills to join our vibrant community on the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

🌿 About the Role

As our Landscape Gardener, you will be responsible for the planning, construction, and maintenance of a variety of outdoor spaces within our community.

Your duties will include:

Design & Planning

· Preparing garden landscape plans and drawings

· Selecting appropriate materials, plants, and equipment

· Scheduling landscape construction and maintenance activities

Landscape Construction

· Setting out and installing hardscape and softscape features

· Building gravel and paved areas, walls, fences, trellises, pergolas, ponds, barbecues, and garden furniture

Planting; Grounds Preparation

· Preparing seedbeds and growing sites

· Planting trees, bushes, hedges, flowers, and bulbs

· Preparing lawn areas, spreading topsoil, planting grass, and laying instant turf

General

· Light administration tasks related to planning, scheduling, and materials management

· Maintaining high standards of safety and environmental care

🌿 What We Offer

Full-time 38-hour work week

$76,800.00 plus super

🏗️ About You

We're looking for someone who is:

· At least one year of experience in landscape gardening

· Minimum one year of experience in any type of landscape gardening including construction, maintenance, or design work.

· Holds Cert III and IV in a relevant field

· Competent in preparing plans, drawings, and schedules

· Knowledge of administration and some computer applications

· Reliable, practical, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

· Willing to live and work within a community environment on the Sunshine Coast
