About the role
Zinfra is seeking an experienced Community and Social Performance Manager to join our project delivery team supporting the C2C Project. Based in Gladstone with regular travel throughout the project corridor, this role will lead the implementation of social performance, local industry, workforce participation and Indigenous participation commitments throughout project delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on professional who can translate complex stakeholder and client requirements into practical, measurable outcomes that benefit local communities.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the delivery, governance, monitoring and reporting of the project's:
You will serve as the primary interface with Powerlink's social performance and participation teams while providing leadership across community engagement, local content, workforce development and Indigenous participation initiatives.
