About the role
This is a high-autonomy role for a self-driven Business Development Manager who loves owning the full sales cycle — from prospecting, marketing, brand building and market research through to face-to-face pitching, closing, and onboarding new Management Agreements. You'll run your own desk, your own territory, and your own days. You'll be an integral, visible member of a team that wins together, and an ambassador for the Mouve brand every time you walk into a room.
Key responsibilities
Meet property investors and landlords face-to-face
Deliver high-impact listing presentations and win new managements
Build referral networks
Create & nurture your pipeline of warm leads and lost appraisals
Prepare your own data-driven rental appraisals and CMAs
Champion the Mouve brand and reputation across Perth
About you
A proven track record of hitting listing or new-business targets in real estate / property management
A genuine team player who's invested in the company's success and proud to represent the brand
Current WA Registration
Confident, warm, and persuasive face-to-face — a natural at presentations and negotiation
Strong with CRMs, detail, and running your own admin
Solid knowledge of the Perth rental market and the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA)
Valid WA driver's licence and reliable vehicle
