HR Support Advisor

Ozcare has an exciting opportunity for two HR Support Advisors to join a growing team offering HR Operational services across Queensland.We are currently recruiting for two full time positions with one of the roles offered on a 12 month term with the possibility of extension.Your RoleAs a HR Support Advisor, you will act as a first point of contact offering a wide range of services including but not limited to recruitment support and onboarding processes, employment changes and other HR support services. Your tasks will include:Preparation and maintenance of documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle and providing effective and accurate correspondence that relates to this process (offers of appointment, staff transfers)Working closely with various stakeholders included the centralized recruitment team, internal managers, and external customers to provide HR support and operational servicesMonitor onboarding processes for new employees, providing assistance and information to managers and new employees around recruitment functions, to ensure day one readiness for new employees and managersMaintenance of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with policies and proceduresFinalise employee records within our Payroll system as part of a streamlined recruitment processProcessing inbound and outbound enquires using a range of business systems including the management of the HR email inboxProvide first line advice on enterprise agreement application, and general HR queries and support services to our employees and managersYour Attributes:We're looking for a person who has proven interpersonal and relationship management skills.
