Electrical Apprenticeship

Brownies Electrical & Solar is looking for a motivated, reliable and hardworking Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team.

We specialise in electrical, solar and battery storage, giving you the opportunity to build your electrical career while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the rapidly growing renewable energy industry.

The Opportunity

Working alongside experienced electricians, you’ll gain practical experience across a range of electrical work, with a strong focus on:

• Solar PV installations

• Battery storage systems

• Residential and commercial electrical work

• Switchboards and electrical upgrades

• Electrical fault finding and maintenance

• New electrical installations

• Solar and battery system servicing and maintenance

• Working safely and professionally on customer sites

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Keen to learn and develop their electrical skills

• Safety-conscious

• Able to work well as part of a team

• Professional and respectful when dealing with customers

• Interested in solar, battery storage and renewable energy

• Willing to learn and take direction

• Holds a current driver's licence or is working towards one

Qualifications & Tickets – Highly Recommended

The following qualifications and tickets are highly recommended and will be viewed favourably:

• White Card

• Certificate II in Electrotechnology

• Working at Heights

• Previous electrical, construction or solar experience

Location & Work Area

Based in Marion, South Australia, Brownies Electrical & Solar services customers across Adelaide and surrounding areas.

The role will involve travelling to different residential and commercial job sites throughout Adelaide, providing plenty of variety and exposure to different types of electrical, solar and battery installations.
