Apprentice Electrician – Solar & Battery

📍 Burleigh Heads, QLD | Full-Time

We’re looking for a solid young operator who’s keen to build a proper career in solar and battery — not just tick off an apprenticeship.

At Tru Blu Solar Co, you’ll be on the tools from day one, working alongside experienced electricians on high-quality residential and commercial installs. You’ll learn the right way to do things — clean work, safe work, and systems that actually last.

This isn’t a “stand around and watch” apprenticeship. You’ll be hands-on, pushed to improve, and backed by a team that cares about doing the job properly.

• Working alongside qualified electricians on solar and battery installs

• Assisting with system installs, maintenance, and fault finding

• Learning how to read and understand electrical diagrams and system layouts

• Getting real experience in wiring, testing, and commissioning systems

• Keeping sites clean, organised, and up to Tru Blu standards

• Following strict safety and quality processes on every job

• Continuously developing your skills on and off the tools

• Someone who actually wants to be in the renewable energy game long-term

• Strong work ethic — shows up on time, ready to go
