Customer Service Representative

Ideal Fasteners is seeking a customer focused individual to join our team based in our brand new head office in Keysborough.

As a key member of our customer service team this role will see you receiving inbound enquiries via phone, email and face to face, processing customer orders accurately into our system, working with internal teams to provide feedback to customers regarding their orders, products and delivery timeframes and supporting your team with other relevant duties as required. IDEAL Fasteners prides itself on providing high-quality products and unrivalled customer service therefore excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills are a must. 

A building trade background or experience in the building fastener or building products industry in a stores, warehousing or Customer Service role would be advantageous, though not essential, as your interpersonal skills are what will shine through and see you succeed in this role. If you’re a friendly individual who is quick with a smile, works well within a team and are always willing to do what’s necessary to help both our customers and your team then we want to hear from you.

Your salary package is negotiable dependent upon your level of experience.
