Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor and based at our Townsville site, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service across the trade counter, phone and email channels. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help customers, process orders and keep things running smoothly between the office and warehouse.

We’re looking for someone who is switched on, communicates well and takes initiative. This isn’t a role for someone who just waits to be told what to do.

The hours are 8:00am-4:30pm, with occasional flexibility when you need time for family or personal commitments.

What you will be doing:

• Answering calls, emails, and helping walk-in customers
• Doing quotes, orders, and cash sales
• Working with the team to get orders out on time
• Basic admin and keeping things organised

• Comfortable using a computer (training provided)
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus
• Experience with systems like SAP is a plus.
• Worked with steel, roofing or fittings before? Even better
