Experienced Barista/ All Rounder

Our fun, small yet fast-paced café in Palmyra is looking for an experienced Barista / All-Rounder to join our team and help deliver an amazing customer experience.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Creating a welcoming and positive customer experience

• Dialling in grinders and consistently making high-quality coffee

• Preparing our popular Açaí Bowls, Earth Bowls and cabinet food

• Assisting with opening and closing duties

• Working efficiently during busy rushes while maintaining poise and control

• Learning all aspects of the day-to-day café operations

• Jumping into all areas of the café when needed

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Have strong experience behind the coffee machine in a busy café environment

• Possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Be professional, reliable and a genuine team player

• Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Be able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment

• Be flexible with both weekday and weekend availability

• Be available for a mixture of opening and closing shifts

• Be happy to assist with food prep and all-round café duties

Bonus points for:

• Latte art skills

• Experience with açaí or food preparation

We are able to offer approximately 15–25 hours per week depending on flexibility and availability.

Pay rates will be in line with the Fast Food Industry Award and age
