Tip Top Bakery Springwood is expanding, and we're searching for a motivated Production Team Leader to guide our high-performing production team.

If you're passionate about people, quality and safety — and love the buzz of a fast-paced FMCG environment — this is your opportunity to make a real impact!

Available Shift Pattern: Thursday (3am - 11:30am), Friday (7:30am - 6:30pm), Saturday (5am - 4pm)

What You'll Be Doing

• Motivate and coach your team to hit production targets
• Ensure food safety and product quality standards are consistently met
• Champion a strong safety culture and safe work practices
• Provide clear guidance, feedback and hands-on support
• Work collaboratively across departments to drive results

Profile description:

• Experience in FMCG or a similar fast-paced environment
• Confident leadership and team management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Computer literacy (SAP experience is a bonus!)
• A safety-first, results-driven mindset
• The ability to lead from the front in a hands-on environment
