We are seeking organised and proactive people to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional customer experience to our customers. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the 4WD and automotive industries. This is all approached with an above and beyond attitude.

Previous experience in the automotive industries with a love of adventure is a definite bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Respond to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally

·         Provide accurate, up-to-date information on products and services

·         Process orders, quotes, invoices, and payments using CRM systems

·         Make outbound calls and follow up with customers as needed

·         Promote and sell company products and services

·         Support team members and ensure effective communication across departments

Qualifications:

·         Proven internal or phone sales experience

·         Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail

·         Effective communication and coordination abilities

·         Interest or experience in the 4WD and automotive industries is highly desirable

·         Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
