Located in Clermont, QLD, Gregory Fabrications delivers high‑standard welding and fabrication services to the mining and agricultural industries throughout Central Queensland. We’re known for dependable workmanship, practical solutions, and a team that gets the job done without fuss. Our crew is tight‑knit, experienced, and committed to keeping equipment moving.

THE ROLE

You’ll be involved in fabrication, repairs, and rebuilds on large mining equipment, particularly Liebherr and Hitachi machinery. Your day‑to‑day work may include:

• Structural fabrication and repair work

• Rebuilding buckets, trays, and heavy components

• Supporting shutdowns and field maintenance

• Workshop and onsite fabrication tasks

• Mobile plant repairs and custom fabrication projects

Your trade skills will be put to good use, and your contribution will be recognised.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

• 14 days on / 7 days off

• $68–$77 per hour, depending on experience

• Secure, ongoing full‑time work

• 50% of flights covered from Brisbane

• Opportunities across respected tier‑one mining sites

• Super paid on all hours worked

• Onsite work vehicle

• Accommodation provided during rostered swings

HIGHLY REGARDED

Site experience or inductions with:

• Bravus

Additional training that will be viewed favourably:

• Working at Heights

• Confined Space

• EWP

• Forklift

• Tele‑handler

• Gas Test Atmosphere

• Coal Board Medical

• Standard 11

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Trade qualification in Fabrication or Engineering Fabrication (CERT III minimum)

• Experience working on heavy mining equipment (Liebherr & Hitachi preferred)

• Strong commitment to safety

• Ability to work well within a team

• Able to pass medical & D&A testing

• Consistent, high‑quality workmanship

• Reliable performance and work ethic
