We're partnering with a highly regarded national organisation to recruit a Temporary front office administrator to join their Facilities team for an ongoing assignment 3-6 months assignment. This is a varied role that combines front of house responsibilities with behind-the-scenes administration, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

The Role
Working as part of a collaborative Facilities team, you'll play an important role in ensuring the office runs smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for staff, clients, and visitors.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional front of house experience
• Managing meeting rooms, bookings, and room set up
• Coordinating couriers, deliveries, and mail distribution
• Assisting with office and facilities administration
• Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
• Supporting the wider Facilities team with day-to-day operational tasks
• Liaising with internal teams and external service providers
• General administration and ad hoc support as required

About You
You are organised, proactive, and enjoy being the person people rely on. You're confident working in a corporate environment, happy to roll up your sleeves, and can comfortably move between reception and administrative responsibilities throughout the day.
You'll bring:

• Previous experience in administration, reception, facilities, or office support
• A professional and approachable communication style
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
