Assistant Account Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Assistant Account Executive to join our Clare Valley office.

This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within the insurance industry while working with a supportive and experienced local team. Previous insurance experience is welcomed but not essential, with training and development provided.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Account Executives in servicing Business, Farm, Commercial Motor and Personal Insurance clients

• Processing quotes, new business, renewals and policy endorsements

• Assisting with claims management and claims follow-up

• Maintaining accurate client and policy records

• Delivering high-quality customer service

• Managing phone and email enquiries

• General administration, receipting and credit control

About You

You will have:

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn

• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful applicant must be able to obtain Police and ASIC clearances and hold, or be willing to obtain, the FNSASIC315 Tier 2 General Insurance qualification.
