Customer Order Administrator

NORTHSIX is currently partnering with a well established industrial supply business based in Melbourne's West. Known for reliability and long term customer relationships, this business is now looking for someone to sit at the centre of their order process, turning quotes into confirmed orders, liaising with technicians and sites and keeping the CRM and customer records accurate

Role Responsibilities

• Convert accepted quotes into confirmed sales orders, around 12 to 15 per day, confirming items, pricing, freight and delivery dates
• Coordinate order fulfilment with warehouse, production and dispatch teams
• Liaise daily with internal and external customers on order status, enquiries and general support
• Maintain accurate customer, contact and opportunity data in the CRM
• Support the wider sales team with quote preparation, follow ups and account documentation
• Process credits, returns and back orders in line with company policy
• Produce regular reporting on orders, pipeline and conversion

• Essential: hands on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Microsoft Business Central. One of the two is required, both are not necessary.
• Two or more years in a sales administration, sales support or order processing role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high volume work
• Confident liaising with both internal and external customers
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Able to manage competing deadlines and stay organised under pressure

• RDO program: 8.5 hour days, one full day off every four weeks
• Flexible start and finish times between 7am and 5pm
