• Prior experience in admin, reception and/or customer service roles
• A customer-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A strong ability to organise and manage time in a busy environment
• Exceptional attention to detail, admin skills, and general computer proficiency
• A current driver’s license (essential)
