Marketing Officer – Noosa Adventist College

Seventh-day Adventist Schools (South Queensland) Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified Marketing Officer to join our team at Noosa Adventist College.  This position will commence as part-time contract, 3 days per week, with an immediate start available.  There may be opportunity for this role to continue into 2027.

The successful applicant will have:

• An understanding of and commitment to the purpose and ethos of Adventist Education as described by Adventist Schools Australia 

• Capture and share stories that celebrate student achievements, school events and community successes

• Coordinate photography, videography and promotional campaigns

• Coordinate the production of the school magazine through to publication

• Support enrolment and retention initiatives through targeted marketing activities, including website maintenance, social media management, and advertising

• Assist with the planning and promotion of school events, open days and community engagement activities

• Ensure consistent application of the school's brand identity across all communications

• Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for continual improvement

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in relevant software applications

• High level of emotional intelligence and customer service capability

• Demonstrate strong ethical standards across all work practices, particularly in relation to confidentiality and discretion

• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines and exercise initiative

• Commitment to child safety, contributing to a safe culture, safe operations, and a safe environment

• Current Paid Blue Card

• First Aid Certificate HLTAID0012 - or willing to obtain
