Barista

Levanter Cafe is hiring a casual / full time Barista.

We’re a busy, high-volume cafe located right in the heart of Balaclava, with a strong focus on quality, consistency and good vibes.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has solid barista experience in a fast-paced environment
• Has 3+ years of experience
• Can confidently handle high coffee volume
• Has strong latte art skills
• Is adaptable, bubbly and works well with a team
• Enjoys customer interaction and creating a welcoming atmosphere
• Is reliable and looking for a long-term position
• Has full Australian working rights

The role includes:

• Coffee making
• Customer service
• POS and cash handling
• Table service
• Opening and closing shifts

Trading hours are 6:30am–5pm, with flexible shifts duration.

Weekend availability is preferred but not essential.

Pay: $26.44 – $33.00 per hour
