At IAG, we're shaping the culture, leadership and ways of working needed to deliver our future strategy.  As Manager, Culture & Change, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping the organisation embed meaningful cultural shifts, strengthen change readiness and create exceptional employee experiences. Working across Culture & Inclusion, and partnering with the business, you’ll apply a systems-thinking lens to help translate strategy into practical behaviours, capabilities and sustainable ways of working. This is an opportunity to influence enterprise-wide outcomes, coach a team of OD consultants, and help build a high-performing, inclusive culture that enables people and the business to thrive. This is a permanent full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney). 

What You'll Do 

• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic, workforce and transformation priorities into practical organisational change and culture initiatives. 
• Design and embed change approaches that drive adoption, strengthen organisational effectiveness and support sustainable cultural outcomes. 
• Lead the evolution of employee experiences across key moments that matter, ensuring inclusion, equity and accessibility are embedded throughout. 
• Apply a systems-thinking lens to connect culture, leadership, organisation design, capability, workforce strategy and ways of working. 
• Develop frameworks, tools and approaches that build organisational readiness and support successful change adoption. 
• Use data, insights and outcomes measures to continuously improve organisational effectiveness and employee experience. 
• Lead, coach and develop a team of Organisational Development Consultants, building capability and strengthening advisory practice. 

What You'll Bring 

• Significant experience in organisational development, culture, organisational change or transformation roles within a large, complex organisation 
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate as a trusted advisor on organisation-wide change and culture challenges 
• Strong understanding of organisational change methodologies and experience embedding lasting behavioural and cultural change 
• Demonstrated systems-thinking capability, with the ability to connect strategy, culture, leadership and organisational performance 
• Experience leading teams and developing capability through coaching, mentoring and leadership 
• Strong commercial acumen, risk awareness and a focus on delivering meaningful business outcomes 
• Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Development, Organisational Change, Psychology, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline; experience with behavioural or psychometric frameworks will be highly regarded
