Medical Receptionist

Seeking a Medical Receptionist for an immediate start

A casual position has arisen for the right person to join our integrative medical practice.  We require a flexible receptionist for a minimum of 3 days (Mon, Thu & Fri) and you must have the ability to cover staff leave requiring up to 5 days a week when needed along with sick leave. Hours being 9am to 4pm.

You will be responsible for front desk duties whilst providing outstanding attention to detail with a caring and friendly nature.

To enjoy this role you must have the ability to learn new software and processes, be organised and methodical and have time management skills.

The position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and word processing skills (eg word, email and excel)

Strong ability to use initiative

Ability to work alone and in a team

Must have Flexibility to cover annual leave and sickness

Ability to multitask and work diligently

Honest, Reliable, Mature positive attitude

Patient Confidentiality

Requirements for this position:

Must hold a current drivers licence

Must provide a current Police Check

Must be flexible to cover annual leave working up to 5 days a week and be able to cover sick leave

Previous experience in the health care industry is desirable
