Job Description

We are excited to announce that we have newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice, located in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Federal Government clients achieve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for Australians

Our Data & Artificial Intelligence (AI) team in the Transformation practice unlocks the value of data to provide actionable insights, and identifies how and where AI can be leveraged to deliver a capability advantage. We work across elements including:

• Data mapping, transformation and migration​
• Data strategy and platforms​
• Reporting and data visualisation​
• Gen AI and LLMs​
• Advanced analytics / simulations

As a Senior Manager, you will:

• Develop new client work with existing clients and through new client opportunities.
• Develop cloud platforms and analytics solutions to meet client needs
• Provides vision and direction for the team(s) you manage.
• Sets and achieves strategic business targets.
• Lead resource planning.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Contribute to the overall success and quality of projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience working with contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform), common SaaS applications, end user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
• A sound understanding of data strategy, data platforms, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.
• Strong experience in solution development and delivery of client platforms
• Strong project management skills and the proven ability to lead a team of people in the delivery of a data transformation project
