Client Advisory Manager – Gold Coast – High Tech Accounting Firm

CLIENT ADVISORY MANAGER – GOLD COAST – HIGH TECH ACCOUNTING FIRM (JOB ID 1386)

The Role: 

• Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients 

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of accountants 

• Review work including financial statements, tax returns and BAS 

• Deliver strategic business advisory, including cashflow forecasting and planning 

• Provide tax planning, structuring and commercial advice to clients 

• Lead client meetings, including onboarding and ongoing advisory discussions 

• Oversee team workflow and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of work 

• Contribute to firm growth through client relationships and strategic input 

About You: 

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in public practice 

• Strong experience in business services, tax and advisory 

• Proven ability to manage and review client work end-to-end 

• Confident communicating complex tax concepts (e.g. Div 7A, GST, CGT) in simple terms 

• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff 

• Strong working knowledge of Xero and QuickBooks 

• Commercial mindset with a focus on client outcomes and value
