• Lead implementation and evaluation of curriculum transformation initiatives.
• Guide course teams on curriculum quality and future readiness.
• Support enhancement and renewal of courses and learning approaches.
• Collaborate with faculties and key stakeholders to deliver learning and teaching initiatives.
• Lead large scale curriculum projects and manage program delivery.
• Provide advice and support on professional learning and development initiatives.
• Monitor outcomes and support continuous improvement.

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated capacity to lead large-scale curriculum transformation and course enhancement initiatives in a university setting. 
• High level of skill and ongoing interest in the design of innovative, future-focused curriculum, learning experiences and assessment to foster student learning. 
• Outstanding ability to influence, negotiate and collaborate with senior academic and professional leaders.  
• Extensive knowledge of approaches to learning innovation in higher education, including familiarity with blended, active and collaborative, practice-oriented, WIL, students as partners, inquiry-oriented and related approaches and expertise in one or more of these areas. 
• In depth knowledge of quality assurance, accreditation, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in working effectively with staff who have a diverse range of familiarity and confidence in designing and facilitating student-focused learning experiences.
