Trainee Used Car Sales Consultant

Windsor Toyota is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Used Car Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Windsor, NSW. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers find the perfect vehicle to meet their needs. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their requirements and preferences

2. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of our range of new Toyota vehicles

3. Negotiate pricing and close sales, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for the customer

4. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of our product range, pricing and promotions

5. Provide follow-up support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and building long-term relationships

6. Collaborate with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets

What we're looking for

1. A passion for the automotive industry and a genuine interest in helping customers

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs

3. Excellent negotiation and sales skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

4. A quick learner with the ability to absorb product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry changes

5. A positive, enthusiastic and customer-centric attitude

6. Relevant sales experience is desirable but not essential
