About your new role:

• Lead a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community to implement the educational program for our Kindergarten children

• Responsible for the day-to-day management of your classroom and flexible routines.

• Mentor and lead your team in your classroom to incorporate collaboration, reflection and respect at all times.

• Demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.

• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

A little about you:

• A Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA.

• Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

• Experience in an early childhood setting. (preferred)

• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF. 

• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
