We are seeking energetic and driven Educators and Lead Educators to join our brand new service opening in the heart of Kallangur!

About your new role
Develop and implement an engaging, play-based kindergarten program
Observe, document and assess children's learning and development
Implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of our children.
Support and mentor educators within the Kindergarten Rooms through your leadership and knowledge
Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive and effective learning environment
Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community.
Ensuring all health, safety and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation & regulations.
Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information and working collaboratively in our team.
A little about you
Bachelors in Early Childhood or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA
Experience in an early childhood setting
Current blue card, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent understanding of the VEYLDF and NQF
