At Myxa, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling and empowered life. If you're passionate about supporting people with disability and want to be part of a dedicated, values-driven team, we'd love to hear from you.

To ensure the participant's health and safety, you will be required to wear full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) throughout each shift, including an N95 mask, gown or apron, and shoe covers.
We are looking for professionals with extensive industry experience who are committed to delivering exceptional, person-centred support.
You are a compassionate, reliable, and resilient support worker who is committed to making a positive impact in the lives of people with disability.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred support practices.
Extensive experience supporting participants with complex support needs.
Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support strategies and managing complex behaviours.
A sound understanding of trauma-informed practice and the ability to apply these principles in daily support.
Excellent communication skills, including experience using alternative and augmentative communication (AAC) or other communication supports where required.
The ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries.
A genuine passion for building positive relationships and meaningful connections with participants.
The ability to remain calm, professional, and adaptable in high-pressure situations.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
At Myxa, we value our employees and recognise that great support starts with a great team. We are committed to investing in your professional growth while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
We offer:
Competitive casual pay rates.
Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Career progression and advancement opportunities.
A supportive, collaborative, and values-driven team environment.
The opportunity to make a genuine and lasting difference in the lives of people with disability.
