Process Worker

Role details:

We’re seeking Process Workers to join our Dandenong location. These are permanent full-time roles, working Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. 

• Rotating between Day shift and Afternoon shift each week
• Day shift: Monday – Thursday working 4am – 4pm and Friday working 4am – 2pm
• Afternoon shift: Monday – Thursday working 4pm – 4am and Friday working 2pm – 12am
• Daily overtime applies based on a 35-hour work week
• Some flexibility around hours may be considered for the right candidate

What you’ll do:

• Operate machinery to meet production, service, and quality standards for the manufacture of cardboard packaging.
• Feeding product into the converting machines and arranging product at the machine discharge points.
• Assist in machine setup, dismantling and job change tasks for a production run.
• Perform quality inspection checks and other procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
• Maintain safe work and operating practices, and a high level of housekeeping always.

What you’ll bring:

As our new Process Worker, you will be a team player with a strong work ethic. You will be committed to working safely and engaging with all safety processes and procedures, along with the following:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing is beneficial, though open to all backgrounds.
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding role where you are on your feet for 12 hours.
• Continuous improvement mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Forklift licence is beneficial.
