INTERNAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE

CNW Electrical is an Australian Family owned Electrical Wholesaler. We provide Electrical goods to a wide variety of industries nationwide and are regarded as the Leading Independent. This role is available in our branch located in Archerfield.  

The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with a great work ethic, who can thrive and learn within an experienced team, while also sharing their own education and experience.

Your duties would include but would not be limited to:

• Counter sales, servicing domestic and industrial contractors.

• Processing & follow up of customers order, quotes and telephone enquiries.

• Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross sell products.

• Assisting Managers with sales related inquiries.

• Working with the sales team to achieve daily branch requirements.

• Build and strengthen key customer relationships and value add to an existing customer base.

Skills required for this job would include:

• Excellent work ethic.

• Experience in customer service and sales.

• Electrical wholesale, trade or supply chain experience is preferred but not essential.

• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication (verbal and written).

• Computer literacy.

• Drivers licence.
