Accounts Payable Officer

The Opportunity

You will be responsible for end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring suppliers are paid accurately, on time, and in line with company policies and compliance standards. This role plays a key part in supporting internal stakeholders and maintaining strong supplier relationships across Coregas.

Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and perform 3-way matching
• Verify invoice details and coding to GL accounts and cost centres
• Maintain supplier records and compliance documentation
• Process weekly and monthly payment runs
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Manage supplier queries and payment issues
• Support month-end accruals and reporting
• Adhere to company policies, IFRS, SOX, and internal compliance requirements

• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Accounting or Finance qualifications will be highly regarded
