Receptionist/Warranty Clerk

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Service Receptionist / Warranty Clerk to join our team at Artarmon Service Centre. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day administration and operations of the workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has strong organisational skills, enjoys a challenge and takes pride in providing outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers to the service centre in a professional and friendly manner.

• Maintain the guest lounge and provide hospitality to customers as required.

• Answer, screen and direct incoming calls and customer enquiries.

• Monitor and track vehicle service and repair progress, providing updates to customers as needed.

• Prepare and communicate repair quotations and assist with customer invoicing.

• Process and manage manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timeframes.

• Create and update customer bookings using relevant systems.

• Manage day-to-day office administration, including ordering supplies, coordinating contractors and suppliers, and handling incoming and outgoing parcels.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Provide general administrative support to the service and workshop team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience processing warranty claims (automotive industry experience highly regarded).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

• A positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

• Experience using Pentana Era Power is an advantage, but not essential
